SatelliteEveryday Principles - We all know the principles we've used to create the technologies of TV, radio, mobile phones, satellite communication, computer internets, etc. - these "gizmos” receive waves of different sorts and then generate either colourful pictures, music, sounds, words or they carry our voices around the world, don't they.  These similar invisible Life Energy principle works with us, and they always have!

Our whole bodies are actually incredible and unique mechanisms for receiving the pulse or waves of Life Energy, of Spirit, of the Universe, of God, and we can generate and send out the attitudes and expressions of Life we have coming through us, according to what we receive - should we choose.
 
Our Choice - Unlike the technological "gizmos”, which have no choice but to operate by their mechanics, our free will, naivety, busyness, ignorance and self centredness has tended to lead us toward not listening or tuning into the powerful impulses of Life (we're off the station or channel so to speak) and then we bear the consequences in our body, mind and heart - things like chaos, illness, confusion, lack of direction and purpose, being stressed out, or not feeling fulfilled.
 
Endocrine GlandsOur Gateways - In learning and practicing the art of Attunement Life Energy work, we are become aware there are 7 key receiving centres (past the chakras) in our bodies, we call the endocrine gland system. From the Pineal at the top of our bodies to our Gonads, these glandular mechanisms serve our bodies in a practical way with their various excretions that enliven us; yet more importantly they are the main gateways or channels for the reception of the incredible waves of Spirits (of Life, of the Universe, of God) that fully energise our lives.
 
Attunement Life Energy work is our conscious way of assisting our overall Spiritual Being through balancing the function, flow, and wellbeing of this and all the other systems in our body.
